Most of us understand the connection between feeling great and eating well. Yet, so many of us still neglect our bodies by feeding it foods that are not nutritious and actually can do more harm than good.

Buying and eating organic food is the best way to give your body the nutrients it needs to thrive. Sometimes organic foods are more expensive but selecting seasonal fruit and vegetables guarantees their freshness and because they are more abundant the prices tend to be more reasonable which helps our hip pocket as well as our health.

As we dive further into the colder months, the seasonal vegetables on offer include sweet potatoes and pumpkin. Not only are these ideal ingredients for hearty warming meals, both vegetables also provide your body with Vitamin A, which can help keep you healthy during the cold and flu season.

If you want to start eating well but you’re not quite sure where to start, how about trying one of our tasty soups!
