Have you heard about the benefits of rose water? This fragrant and extremely versatile liquid is well known for the beneficial effects it can have on your beauty, skin and hair. Rose water can be used as a facial toner, a hair perfume, skin moisturiser, cleanser and more! This magic potion dates back to Egypt when Cleopatra used it in her beauty regime. Rose water maintains the skin’s pH balance, controls oil, has anti-inflammatory properties, helps reduce redness and has even been known to help heal wounds and scarring. The best way to use rose water is to apply it at night, before going to sleep. Spritz it on your face for nightlong hydration and rejuvenation. You can also spritz some in your hair to help tame frizzyness, reduce breakage and add a healthy shine.
