- 1 large apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar, optional
- Place apple, cinnamon and water in a microwave safe bowl and mix.
- Cover with cling film, placing holes in it and microwave on high for one minute.
- Serve with low-fat yoghurt.
