- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 small carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
- 1/2 small apple, finely sliced
1. Combine the oats, carrot, cinnamon water and half of the sunflower seeds in a bowl.
2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight to soak.
3. Before serving, top with the yoghurt, apple and the remaining sunflower seeds.
