Some snacks are so easy we sometimes completely forget about making them! A recipe most famously served for breakfast, this avocado on toast is the perfect treat.
1. 1 slice wholegrain bread
2. 1/2 fresh avocado, seeded and sliced
3. Lemon juice, salt and pepper
1. Toast the bread
2. Smash avocado with a fork, or layer in slices
3. Place on toasted bread
4. Top with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt and pepper, to taste
