Start your morning with this quick and easy breakfast bowl. You can whip it up the night before or make it just when you’re ready to eat, it’s one of our favourite ways to start the day!
• 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
• half a cup of granola
• 6 strawberries, quartered
• 10 blueberries
1. Place half the yogurt into a glass, then add half the granola, half the strawberries and half the blueberries in layers.
2. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy – or place into the fridge until you’re ready to eat.
Every time you eat it’s an opportunity to nourish your body.
