1. 1 onion, chopped
2. 2 garlic cloves, crushed
3. 1 small chilli, chopped
4. 1 kilogram of butternut pumpkin, chopped
5. 1 teaspoon of coriander, ground
6. 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
7. ¼ cup of light coconut cream
8. 1 litre of vegetable stock
9. Fresh coriander to garnish
