Autumn green juice

The best way to prevent illness is to ensure you’re getting enough nutrients. Juicing can help you increase your fruit and vegetable intake. You could kickstart your day with a juice or have it in between meals. Try our autumn green juice.

  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 stalks of celery including leaves
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 apple
  1. Core the apple and juice it with the carrot, celery, cucumber and spinach. 
  2. Serve immediately.
