Strawberry basil sorbet
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 handful basil leaves
- Combine fresh strawberries, honey, lemon juice and basil in a blender
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn until it reaches a sorbet consistency.
- Freeze for a couple of hours before serving.
