Pine-tastic boost juice

This drink is high in enzymes which helps protein digestion, fruit acids which support skin integrity, anti-oxidants to help remove free radical damage and mint which helps soother the gastro intestinal tract and has a refreshing tangy boost. It’s quick and easy to make too!
Ingredients:
- ¼ pineapple, skinned, cored and roughly chopped
- 2 green apples, cored
- 3-4 mint leaves
Method:
- Blend ingredients
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint (optional)
