Purchasing products from Hopewood
All products and services offered on the Hopewood website and all prices displayed are subject to change without notice. The prices for the goods supplied include GST.
By placing an order with Hopewood for any products and services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Hopewood Health Centre Pty. Ltd., on the terms and conditions set out herein.
In order to complete your order for any products from the Hopewood website, details of the goods you wish to order, your personal details, and credit card details for payment, must be entered into a secure Hopewood payment gateway.
Should an item be discontinued or temporarily out of stock, the Hopewood team will contact you and provide you with the option to cancel your order and receive a refund in relation to any payments made by you for that order.
Postage and handling
Unless specifically stated by Hopewood, all products and services are priced in Australian dollars (AUD), and are intended for purchase and shipment within Australia.
For international orders please contact our Hopewood Marketing Team at email@example.com in order to confirm the postage and handling charges before ordering, providing your credit card details for payment, or sending a cheque or money order. Postage charges vary according to the item(s) ordered.
The cost of delivery of Hopewood products purchased by you will be calculated at the time the product is ordered, and will be incorporated into the final price of the product.
Hopewood endeavours to deliver any goods, services, or merchandise ordered within 2 to 14 working days, from confirmation of your order. If the goods are not received within this time, you should contact Hopewood at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify the delay and ensure that the purchase has been processed.
When a delivery is not possible within 14 days of an order being placed, for any reason, Hopewood will contact you, and provide you with the option to cancel your order and receive a refund for any payment made.
The law applicable to the Hopewood website and to disputes arising out of the Hopewood website is the law of the State of News South Wales, Australia.
You may elect whether to receive a refund or exchange in relation to any returned faulty product. Products are to be returned in “as new” condition, with a copy of the tax invoice/receipt and a letter of explanation within 7 days of date of purchase to:
