Oatmeal porridge


Delicious served with a spoonful of apple cinnamon butter or homemade yoghurt.

Try adding some fresh fruit such as sliced bananas, strawberries and blueberries or diced dried fruit such as apples, apricots and prunes. You can also soak the dried fruit overnight and add it to the porridge during cooking, stirring often.
