• 1 frozen banana per person**
• 3 frozen strawberries per person
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 2 tablespoon coconut milk
• 2 tablespoon fresh berries or fruit salad per person
• 1 teaspoon desiccated, toasted coconut
• Lemon slices
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

**TIP – peel your over-ripe bananas, seel in a container and store in the freezer. This recipe is a perfectly delicious way to use them up!
