Bircher Muesli

• 2 cups dry rolled oats
• freshly squeezed orange juice
• ½ litre plain low fat yoghurt or homemade yoghurt
• ½ cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 tablespoon honey (more or less to taste)
• 2 tablespoons sultanas or craisins
• 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
