• 500g green beans, trimmed
• 1 tbs pomegranate molasses
• 1 tbs lemon juice
• 1 tsp honey
• 1/3 cup (80ml) pomegranate seeds
1. Cook beans in a saucepan of boiling, salted water for three minutes. Drain and refresh in a bowl of iced water.
2. Whisk molasses, lemon juice and honey in a bowl.
3. Place beans in a serving bowl, drizzle with dressing, then sprinkle over pomegranate seeds and serve.
