Fresh vegetable salad, healthy food, organic cucumbers, tomatoes and salad leaves

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 small iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 100g crunchy noodles

Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil or toasted sesame seeds

Method:

  • Combine cabbage, lettuce, onion and sesame seeds in a large bowl

Add noodles and dressing. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
