Sunflower seed snacks

Stack ingredients:

• 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
• 1 zucchini diced
• 1 onion diced
• 1 cup sunflower seeds
• 1 cup cashews ground
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup SR flour
• ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper or dried chilli
• ½ cup chopped parsley
• ½ cup ground parmesan cheese
• 1 cup skim milk
• Zest & juice from 1 lime

Yoghurt dressing ingredients:

• 1 cup yogurt (natural)
• 2 cloves garlic grated
• 25g turmeric grated
• 25g ginger grated
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon of favourite herb chopped
