When it comes to exercise, we believe any form of exercise is going to be helpful.

We all live more sedentary lifestyles than nature intended! Put simply, if you want to increase wellbeing you’ll need to move more.

It’s about finding your own starting point, and sticking to it. Do what you can from where you are right now and every step you take to increase your level of exercise will help to improve your health.

Lacking motivation? Try a variety of activities or make your exercise interactive (join a team sport). Just take very opportunity to increase your movement.

Do what’s realistic and achievable. If you are setting big goals, make sure you outline the small steps that will enable you to successfully achieve them.

Because you’re actually thinking that you need to be more active, you’re very likely to increase your activity level as you go about your daily life. For example, you’ll choose the stairs instead of the escalator, you’ll bike to school with your kids you’ll park a little further from the office each day.

Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.
