What’s your body telling you?

Headaches or migraines can be very debilitating, particularly if you get them often. We know they can be caused by all kinds of factors.

Dehydration, alcohol, too much sugar, certain processed foods, changes to routine, lack of sleep, poor posture, skipped meals, grinding your teeth at night and stress are things that can all play a role. Headaches have the potential to impact your wellbeing.

Stress. Often the course of nausea or an upset stomach, bad habits reappearing, a sense of being overwhelmed and unable to finish tasks, bursts of anger and/or sudden surges of emotion or negative self-talk.

How about physical tension? Do you sometimes find it hard to breath and relax your muscles? Do you suffer from tension in your neck, shoulders, back or find yourself constantly irritated by an old injury?
