What’s so wrong with fats, oils, and animal protein?

Firstly, they contain no fibre and are almost entirely devoid of nearly all the micronutrients. They’re also very calorie dense and come at a high metabolic cost.

Fats and oils raise insulin resistance, stimulate inflammation and burden the lymphatics (our body’s exhaust system of cellular waste). They also overwork our liver and kidneys. So, it’s best to avoid high fat, oil and animal protein foods.
