• 1 Gala apple – peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 4 leaves kale, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh coconut meat
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  1. Place apple, kale, coconut meat, cucumber, celery, and spinach in a blender; top with coconut water, almond milk, water, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
