• 3 large Packham pears, quartered
• 3 large Granny Smith apples, quartered
• 100 grams of baby spinach
• 5 fresh mint leaves
• Ice cubes

1. Combine all ingredients and blend.
2. Serve in a chilled glass, with extra ice cubes and mint sprigs.

Note: Other fruits that are high in Vitamin C that you can use instead are oranges, kiwifruit and strawberries.
