• ¾ cup black beans
• ½ cup cilantro
• 4 corn cobs
• 1 jalapeno, medium
• ½ red onion, medium
• 1 medium head romaine lettuce
• 1 cup sugar snap peas
• 2 tomatoes, medium
• 1 zucchini, medium
• Chop and combine all ingredients.
• Serve with your favourite dressing (we recommend a citrus dressing).
