Pineapple and mint juice

Looking for a refreshing juice that has fantastic health benefits? Give our pineapple and mint juice a go, it’s rich in vitamin C and manganese, important in a number of enzyme functions.   • 1 pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, washed
      1. Peel pineapple and cut into strips
      2. Put pineapple and mint through the juicer together
      3. Serve topped with a sprig of fresh mint
