Citrus mint detox water

This naturally cleansing drink support digestion, hydration, and clarity
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- Optional: 2 teaspoons raw honey or a few cucumber slices for extra cooling
- Wash all fruits and herbs thoroughly.
- Slice lemon and orange into thin rounds.
- In a large glass pitcher, combine citrus slices and mint leaves.
- Gently press the fruit with a spoon to release juices.
- Add water and stir.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to infuse.
- Serve chilled, over ice, or with a splash of sparkling water.
