Lemon and herb dressing
Fresh herbs and lemon always make a wonderful addition to salad and give it flavour. Try our lemon and herb dressing.
• 4 tablespoons tahini
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 4 tablespoons water
• 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 cup herbs of choice, chopped
• ¼ teaspoon salt

Blend all ingredients together. It can be stored in the fridge in an airtight jar for 2-3 days.
