Cinnamon apples
As the weather gets cooler, here is a healthy dessert you can quickly whip up in the microwave. Try our cinnamon apples.
• 1 large apple, cored and chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon water
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt
• 1/4 teaspoon sugar, optional
• 1/2 teaspoon water
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt
• 1/4 teaspoon sugar, optional
1. Place apple, cinnamon and water in a microwave safe bowl and mix.
2. Cover and microwave on high for one minute.
3. Serve with low-fat yoghurt.
