Everlastings Wildflower Trail, Western Australia

This is one of the biggest flower shows in the world. Between June and October the land comes alive as more than 12,000 species of wildflowers burst into bloom. The trail is a total of 1,215 km and you can complete as little or as much of it as you want. 

 

Willunga Almond Blossom Trail, South Australia 

This trail is located less than an hour away from Adelaide in the town of Willunga. In spring the almond trees in this charming little town are covered in white and pink. While in the area you can explore the nearby stunning beaches and its markets, which previously won “Best Farmer’s Market in Australia’.

 

Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

The capital of Australia makes the perfect spring destination. Floriade is Canberra’s annual flower show and exhibits premium horticulture and landscaping on a scale not seen elsewhere in the Southern Hemisphere. Entry to Floriade is free and there is something for everyone.

 

Table Cape Tulip Farm, Tasmania

Tasmania’s Table Cape Tulip Farm features hectares of tulips grown on an extinct volcanic vent that rises high over the Bass Strait. The colourful array of flowers makes this one of the most beautiful spring destinations. 

 

Grampians, Victoria

The Grampians National Park is known for its sandstone mountains, wildflowers and wildlife. Spring it the perfect time to visit with its pleasant weather for long walks. The Grampians is home to over 800 indigenous species of plants. Mackenzie Falls is a highlight of any visit to this area. It’s one of the largest waterfalls in Victoria.
