Spring vegetable stir-fry
Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Method:
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add broccoli, snap peas, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stir to combine.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
