Enjoy this tasty and healthy pâté recipe over the warmer months. Add it to your grazing plate when entertaining or try on a veggie wrap for a spread of flavour!

• 2 cups chopped walnuts
• 2 handfuls fresh parsley
• 2 cups crumbed feta
• 1 cup water
• 2 small garlic cloves
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• Cayenne to taste
• A few sprigs of oregano

• Place nuts and parsley in a blender/food processor and blend with a series of quick bursts.
• When the nuts are ground, add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth
• Transfer to a small serving bowl, cover tightly and chill.
• Just before serving garnish with fresh oregano
• Serve with toasted Lebanese bread and raw vegetables.
