And just like that, autumn has arrived. As the seasons change, we are more susceptible to colds and flus. So, we are sharing our favourite immune boosting juice to ward off any bugs and germs passing your way!
1. Cut one celery stick in half and cut a few slices from the apple – keep separate
2. Juice the remaining celery and apple together with the spinach, kale and ginger
3. Add ice if desired
4. Once blended, serve in a glass
5. Sprinkle ½ a tablespoon of hemp seeds on top
6. Garnish with a slice of apple and celery stick
