Hibiscus-pomegranate tea
Hibiscus tea is rich in antioxidants and can help to lower blood pressure. It is caffeine free, making it a great beverage to have at any time of day. It’s also lovely when paired with pomegranate. Try our hibiscus-pomegranate tea.
- ¼ cup loose hibiscus tea
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
- Steep loose tea in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea and pour into a large pitcher.
- Stir in pomegranate juice and cold water.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
