Do you want to make your salad more exciting this year? Try adding one of our fantastic dressings:
• 1 cup natural yoghurt• 1-2 garlic cloves, pressed• Swirl of tahini• Juice of 1 lemon• Slurp of tamari• Dusting of black pepper, freshly ground
Blend all ingredients together.
Minted cottage cheese dressing
• 1-2 cups lemon juice (to taste)• 1 cup light cottage cheese• 4 heads of mint• 3 slices spring onion
Place lemon juice in the blender. Gradually add other ingredients and blend until smooth.
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil• 1 tablespoon honey• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Combine all ingredients and shake in a screw top jar.
• 4 tablespoons cashew nut pieces• 2-3 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
Combine ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
• 1 avocado• 1 cup apple juice• 1 large celery stalk
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend to pouring consistency – about one minute. Add more apple juice if required. Serve as soon as possible.
