Delicious banana, kiwi fruit or strawberry smoothie
As the weather begins to warm up you may be craving a refreshing smoothie. This smoothie recipe is perfect as you can swap out the fruit, depending on what you feel like or have available. You can choose from banana, kiwi fruit or strawberries. Kiwi fruits and strawberries are both loaded with vitamin C and are a great source of fibre to promote healthy digestion. Bananas are packed with magnesium, potassium and vitamin B which the body needs to produce energy.
Follow the recipe below-
- 1 cup skin or soya milk
- 1 cup low fat yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Choose either ½ punnet ripe strawberries, 1 ripe banana or 2 kiwi fruits

- Place selected ingredients in a blender, pulse until smooth and drink
