Lemon asparagus pasta

- 250g pasta (your choice)
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add cooked pasta, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
