Spring pea and mint soup
Vegetarian soups are nutritional powerhouses. When soups are packed with vegetables, legumes, and lean proteins, they provide a wealth of vitamins, minerals, and fibre. The high water content keeps you hydrated and helps you feel full longer, making them great for weight management. Plus, they’re easier to digest, especially when you’re not feeling well. And let’s not forget, a warm bowl of soup is like a hug from the inside, offering comfort and nourishment all in one go.
