Immunity boosting smoothie

Here’s a delicious and nourishing immune-boosting recipe, perfect for winter wellness. This smoothie is packed with Vitamin C from the orange, mango, and pineapple; beta- carotene from the carrot; and anti-inflammatory properties from ginger and turmeric. It’s a delicious way to stay healthy and energised during the colder months.
- 1 orange, peeled
- ½ cup fresh or frozen mango
- ½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder (with a pinch of black pepper for absorption)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
- ½ cup ice cubes (optional)
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
