Yoghurt and fruit delight

Treat yourself to this delicious healthy dessert-

  • 2 mangoes
  • 3 kiwi fruits
  • 1 punnet strawberries
  • 2 cup yoghurt
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup roasted desiccated coconut
  • Fresh mint
      1. Puree the mangoes, kiwi and strawberries separately in a blender and set each one aside
      2. Mix the yoghurt, coconut milk and vanilla extract together
      3. Alternate layers of fruit puree and yoghurt in dessert glasses
      4. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and garnish with milk
