Yoghurt and fruit delight
Treat yourself to this delicious healthy dessert-
- 2 mangoes
- 3 kiwi fruits
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 2 cup yoghurt
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup roasted desiccated coconut
- Fresh mint

- Puree the mangoes, kiwi and strawberries separately in a blender and set each one aside
- Mix the yoghurt, coconut milk and vanilla extract together
- Alternate layers of fruit puree and yoghurt in dessert glasses
- Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and garnish with milk
